Maurice has been playing the Saxophone his entire life. At a young age, he knew that playing music was what he wanted to do with his life. With that in mind, he made it his life goal to attend a prestigious music university, which he did at the Berklee College of Music.

Graduating in 2006, armed with a plethora of new-found knowledge, he set out to impose his sound on the musical world. He has done that in a big way, playing with several smooth jazz groups as well as with The Brandon Ummel Band. To pay the bills, he currently runs a business buying and selling saxophones. Maurice currently resides in Riverside with his loving wife and two daughters.
